Enigin Training - Quiet at the back….

DO you recall those time at school when suddenly everything went quiet and suddenly your private chat with your buddy next to you could be heard by the whole class?

More importantly the teacher had heard what you were saying, and in fact was often the one who had stopped talking when they realised you were not paying attention but were talking in class. Your sudden realisaton and embarrassed apologies could be enough, or for me was a step too far and meant further punishment for talking in class yet again!

As you get older surely these sorts of practices disappear, to an extent anyway. I do know there can be cultural differences, where in some societies no one takes any notices as a presenter talks on despite the majority of his audience carry on their own conversation with no one seeming to care.

I know a relative of mine attended a meeting several years ago in a Central American state and as he alighted form his car he could hear the rumble of lots of conversations, as he was running later he thought he had missed the main address or even hoped it hadn’t started.

Once he had entered the meeting place he discovered the presenter was going through his discourse but most of the audience were listening with half an ear and carrying on various conversations with fellow delegates.

For most this is not the case as we at least try to sit and listen respectfully.

Why do I mention this in regard to Enigin Training? Well I am often surprised how many Enigin Distributor arrive at the Enigin HQ for the commercial training course, listen for a little while then talk while a trainer explains something or check text messages, emails or websites.

I am not referring to short little comments between delegates about a point being made, something related to the subject under discussion, but extended conversations between each other.

I have seen people surf the web for half an hour or more and then check and reply to emails, all while the training is being presented.

When we were at school we were generally there under sufferance, if we could be out doing something else we would do, and the classroom environment is not always comfortable for people as it brings back memories of school days.

But the Enigin training is vital to the success of the Enigin Distributor in his own energy saving business - the training is specific for the individual to start to make money and basically a livelihood.

Not only is this activity rude and disrespectful it is costly - as your teachers told you all those years ago.

I must admit that Enigin’s trainers are very good, or should I sat strict. I have seen Ian Wrigley do the teachers trick of stopping talking and looking at the individuals concerned and ask them “Is this a conversation for all of us? If not would the mind being quiet and listening.”

So you have been warned - come to Enigin’s training and listen and learn or you might find you will be sent to the naughty step!
