Enigin Technical Know How

MOST Enigin Distributors come to the Mindshare Training at the start of their path to running their own energy saving business and are relieved that the training is not too technical.

They expect to start learning deep technical details about power factors and three phases, motor controlling and many other scientific or engineering points regarding energy management. Generally they are relieved that they get introduced to energy saving and power processes but not too deeply.

They learn how to run a successful business, with those who are technically minded at first surprised and then delighted to learn something new but vital as they set out to run their Distributorship.

“Surely you need to know the technical details, for installations and such like?” - is the obvious question.
Yes that is true, but to install many of the products you also need to be a certified electrician or electrical engineer and Enigin will not train you to that level.

Hence Enigin train Distributors to focus on what you need to focus on as an entrepreneur. If a Distributor is a certified electrician he has all the technical know how needed to install an Eniscope, for instance - the details he/she gets during Mindshare Training will provide much of the details he needs to fill in any gaps regarding most of Enigin’s products.

How about the other Distributors who are not qualified electricians? They are told during training to either employee, or more likely at first, sub-contract an electrician or electrical company for installs.
The next point would be how an Enigin Distributor can instruct technical detail about Enigin’s products, if they haven’t covered it in depth during Mindshare Training?

Enigin provide substantial documentation and best of all their is the Enigin Knowledge Base, an online resource for Enigin Distributors to access amongst other things technical details and information, that is kept up-to-date with regard to the latest upgrades.

The Enigin Knowledge Base can supply the needed technical details to support the hard documentation the Distributor already holds.

So, you see why Enigin’s Mindshare Training does not go too deep into the technical know how - the details is available and needed but generally only for those involved in installations and through the Knowledge Base kept up-to-date.
