Enigin - Streamining

posted by enigin in Enigin Posts

When you think of the car manufacturers such as Ford, GM, BMW & Mercedes how do they produce cars? Is it in the same way as Henry Ford did back when the Model T was built, or have things moved on?

I guess the answer to the question is obvious, of course things have moved on. Well so have things at Enigin.

Training Never Ends

“YOU are never too old to learn.”

So the saying goes - I know some people it doesn’t apply as they were too old to learn when they were children!

For the majority of us the adage is true and during training at Enigin it is heart warming to hear expressions from people to back it up.

Often attendees will say such things as : “I have been in sales all my working life but I truly learned some new things this week,” or “I have run several businesses but the information I have now learnt are new and truly amazing.”

Enigin Technical Know How

posted by enigin in Enigin Posts

MOST Enigin Distributors come to the Mindshare Training at the start of their path to running their own energy saving business and are relieved that the training is not too technical.

They expect to start learning deep technical details about power factors and three phases, motor controlling and many other scientific or engineering points regarding energy management. Generally they are relieved that they get introduced to energy saving and power processes but not too deeply.

They learn how to run a successful business, with those who are technically minded at first surprised and then delighted to learn something new but vital as they set out to run their Distributorship.

Open to Training Forever

posted by enigin in Enigin Posts

To advance in life, whether personal or professional, you need to continually train - and I do not mean formally train, but as the saying goes, “You’re never too old to learn.”

Yes we should learn form our experiences, and the interaction with other people and their experiences - hence we should continually be open to new ways of doing something and new ideas. By being willing to take new things on board we are in reality training, learning and progressing.

Teach Them the Tasks they do Every Day

I often turn to BNET for information that I find useful in my own business and professional life, I am signed up to several of their very useful newsletters.

I had this blog squarely in mind when I read a recent post by Wayne Turmel, what he says makes sense and can be useful for us here at Enigin and for Enigin Partners and Enigin Distributors globally - let alone everyone else.

It particularly refers to technology and Enigin’s Nucleus facility is often not used by Enigin Distributor’s staff as they need a little more direct training, so keep htis in mind as you read.  So let me share this article with you:

Where are you?

By Steve Hill

Do you ever wonder where someone is - where their physical location is at any particular moment.

We all have at sometime or another, hence the development of GPS technology has brought the facility to not only know where you are but also where others are located.

This can be very useful, if you have children you can connect to the GPS network and track where they are or are going.

Read the Instructions

Gadgets abound and do not seem to be reducing in volume despite a recession. There are so many, but are we getting the best out of them, or do the instruction lay undisturbed.

There are gadgets for every possible task, whether they actually achieve the task or not is another question, but with so many it is not surprising we often do not use the gadgets we have to the full.

Apart from the gadgets themselves these gadgets are becoming evermore able to do more, many would consider the ultimate gadget to be an iPad or iPhone and when you get one of these devices you are then offered so many different apps (applications) which converts the iPad or iPhone into a different gadget. It is no longer just Apple of course as so many phone manufacturers have followed suit.

Look After Your Assets

posted by enigin in Enigin Posts

Industrial companies put a lot of effort into “asset integrity” — which really just means protecting critical plants and machinery from damage and wear and tear, and anyone trained in a manufacturing environment learns that asset integrity is a top priority.

But does this apply to other businesses? Businesses where the only assets are the people who work there? Surely they should worry about asset integrity, too?

At Enigin we value the assets we have - our staff and the active distributors around the world.
